Terms and conditions for the planning, implementation, of coaching, online events and lectures.

It is explicitly stated that Respire Est. does not act as a tour operator. The participants' arrival and departure to/from the respective event is their own responsibility and organization.

The following General Terms and Conditions of Respire Est. (also the Contractor) apply to all coaching services and impulse lectures agreed between the Contractor and the Client (also the Customer). These terms and conditions also apply to all future business transactions.
All offers made by Respire Est. are free and non-binding. The conclusion of a contract for the implementation of a coaching event is only concluded by a signed order confirmation by the client.
The scope of the individual services results from the signed order confirmation for the corresponding offer. Content-related and/or organizational changes, as well as time-related deviations can be made before or during the execution of the coaching event, as long as these are not completely changed in their core.
The agreed fee for bookings of Respire Est. at your events is exclusive of the following expenses:

‣ Travel expenses of 0,65€ per km from Triesen/Liechtenstein to the coaching location (one way).

‣ other expenses for hotel, meals, cab rides.

For the best performance of the live events, the following must be available in the event space:

‣ Event space with natural light and casual seating for the possibility of physical activities.

‣ Possibility to open the windows

‣ Flip charts with paper and 3 different colored pens

‣ Still water on the stage

‣ Projector (must be positioned so that free movement, i.e. without running through the

Beamer projection, is possible on stage).

‣ Connection possibility for HDMI od USB-C

‣ Speaker

‣ Headset (from 50 participants)

‣ For large groups (200 participants or more): Large-screen camera transmission

‣ A nearby area for consultation and participant discussions

5. payment due date/ terms of payment:

There is absolute silence about the fee agreement!

The coaching appointment is only binding when the corresponding order confirmation of Respire Est. has been signed and returned by the client.

50% of the fee is due 2 months before the date of the appointment, the rest of the fee including expenses is due 14 days after the date of the service.

Postponement of the date after confirmation of the order is possible within 3 months before or after the original date if Respire Est. has free options.

6. by booking you allow Respire Est. to use your name, company name and logo as reference.

7. the coaching materials and training tools provided to the participants are included in the remuneration.

8. if a coaching event cannot be held due to force majeure/pandemic/illness/accident or other circumstances beyond the control of the contractor or client, both are entitled to make up for the agreed measure on a newly agreed date (within 6 months after the cancelled date), to the exclusion of any liability for damages.

Cancellation:

For cancellations made within 4 weeks before the scheduled date, 50% of the total fee will be retained.

For cancellations made within 2 weeks before the scheduled date, 75% of the total fee will be retained.

For cancellations made within 3 days before the scheduled date, 90% of the total fee will be retained.

9. for all coaching events applies: registrations are binding by signing the order confirmation, the online registration form or also written confirmations by e-mail. Each individual participant is responsible for his or her own appearance. Participation fees and honorariums will not be refunded in case of no-show of individual participants.

10 Cancellation - Substitute participant

The individual participant can name a substitute participant in case of cancellation. After the binding registration of the substitute participant and payment, the cancellation of the original participant is free of charge.

Payment is always made in EURO by bank transfer to the Liechtenstein bank account of Respire Est.

At the request of the participant, payment can also be made to the CHF account of Respire Est. at the current CHF rate.

12. all disadvantages resulting from the non-observance of these regulations are for the participant's account, even if the regulations should be changed after the booking.

13. minimum number of participants:
Depends on the respective tenders and agreements of Respire Est.

14. online coaching

Online coaching is available for these activities. To participate, follow these steps:

We use the streaming provider Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex & GoogleMeet for online broadcasting. Download the necessary software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone if necessary.

Access to the online broadcast will be available 5 minutes prior to the start of the activity. The access link will be sent electronically (email) 24h before the event after payment has been received.

With certain streaming providers it is possible that participants can be seen by other participants via their camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment/surroundings in which you are participating in the online session, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you provide when entering the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you are always welcome to customize your name (e.g., enter only initials).

The terms and conditions of Respire Est. are accepted with the order confirmation or online registration via online form or prompt bank transfer of the client. Participation in any coaching, events and activities is at your own health responsibility and risk. The liability for any consequential damages and claims from injuries, as well as property damage, theft and property losses remain exclusively with the participant. The coaching takes place in any weather indoor/outdoor including replacement program.

Cancellation fees & conditions of participation:

GOLF - SERVICES

Principles:

It is expressly stated that Respire Est. does not act as a tour operator. The arrival and departure of the participants to/from the respective event is at their own responsibility and their organization.

The participant can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip by written declaration and against payment of the flat-rate cancellation fees. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal in writing, preferably by post, to the Liechtenstein Business Center c/o Respire Est. is decisive.

Binding booking:

The customer's booking is binding from the moment of submission of the online form or written confirmation by email and confirmed with the transfer of 50% of the total offer price to the account of Respire Est. within 7 days from the submission of the online form.

The remaining 50% of the offer price is to be transferred to the account of Respire Est. until 31 days before the travel date.

In case of non-compliance with the above mentioned payment conditions, the participation place will be automatically cancelled and released.

Date postponement:

Up to 31 days before the date, participation can be rescheduled to another date of the same service in the same calendar year.

It is assumed that the payment is made in time and that there are enough places available.

A substitute participant for the original trip can also be registered bindingly.

The following cancellation rates of the participation & travel price apply.

From the 31st day before date 50% of the total price will be retained.

From the 14th day before the date 75% of the total price will be retained.

From the 7th day before the date 90% of the total price will be retained.

In case of no show at the agreed location without cancellation (no show) 100% of the price will be retained. In any case of cancellation a handling fee of € 40,- per booking will be charged.

In case of sudden serious illness or other serious reasons, we ask the customer to seek travel insurance for his protection.

Payment by bank transfer:

Payment is generally made in EURO by bank transfer to the Liechtenstein account of Respire Est.

At the request of the participant, payment can also be made to the CHF account of Respire Est. at the current CHF rate.

Respire Est. reserves the right to postpone an event without compensation in case of illness of the trainers 3 days before, as well as in case of not reached number of participants 2 weeks in advance and to schedule it in the same calendar year.

Minimum, maximum number of participants.

When booking in cooperation with a tour operator, the minimum number of participants is determined by the tour operator and its respective announcements.

Special clause Coronavirus / Covid-19:

In the event of a travel warning issued by the federal government of the customer's home country, as well as the golf coaches, or occurring restricted areas, disasters, cancellation of transport measures, closure of transport routes, a pandemic or acute epidemic at the venue of the respective travel destination, the participant is entitled to cancel the trip free of charge, as well as the golfnadines institution is entitled to postpone the trip within the calendar year, to choose another destination or to cancel the trip without replacement.

The above restrictions must prevail in any case for the entire duration of the trip.

The terms and conditions of Respire Est. are accepted with the online registration via online form or prompt bank transfer of the customer. Participation in any golf coaching, events and activities is at your own health responsibility and risk. Liability for any consequential damages and claims arising from injuries, as well as property damage, theft and property losses remain exclusively with the participant. The coaching takes place in all weather conditions indoor/outdoor including replacement program.

Online Active Sessions (individual private persons)

Online coaching

Online coaching is available for these activities. To participate, follow these steps:

We use the streaming provider Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex & GoogleMeet for online broadcasting. Download the necessary software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone if necessary.

Payment due date

The participation place is only binding if the payment is received at the latest 24h before the online coaching appointment. The participation place is only binding if the payment is received at least 24 hours before the online coaching appointment. The participation place is only binding if the payment is received at least 24 hours before the online coaching appointment. In case of non-compliance, the participation place will be released again.

Postponement:

Up to 6 hours before the appointment, the participation can be postponed to any bookable date for health reasons upon presentation of a medical certificate.

A substitute participant can be registered bindingly for the corresponding online training.

Cancellation:

Up to 6h before appointment the online coaching can be cancelled and a full refund will be given. After 6h before appointment the paid amount will be retained 100%.

Payment by bank transfer:

Payment is generally made in EURO by bank transfer to the Liechtenstein account of Respire Est.

At the request of the participant, payment can also be made to the CHF account of Respire Est. at the current CHF rate.

Respire Est. reserves the right to postpone an event without compensation within the next 7 days in case of illness of the trainers 6h before, as well as in case the number of participants is not reached.

Minimum number of participants.

Depends on the respective invitation to tender.

The terms and conditions of Respire Est. are accepted with the online registration via online form, confirmation by e-mail or prompt bank transfer of the customer. Participation in any online coaching, events and activities is at your own health responsibility and risk. The liability for any consequential damages and claims from injuries remain exclusively with the participant.
